One of my favorite entertainers, who I believe to be a good woman - a good person, has left this world.
She came from humble beginnings. I have been to her hometown, Nutbush, in rural Tennessee. I have traveled on the Tina Turner Highway. However, the Tina Turner Museum was more elusive, much like the castles of Germany. I never saw it up close, but I know I was near.
Tina's music uplifted me. Her life story was tough, but still she persevered. She should be an inspiration to everyone.
Hats off to Tina Turner. My favorite private dancer.
