New RoadTrip Destination.

I’ve just read about the Jell-O Gallery and Museum in Le Roy, NY. (I checked. Le Roy is in upstate New York, between Rochester and Buffalo.)

For those of you who lack basic Jell-O knowledge, Le Roy is touted as the birthplace of Jell-O. Le Roy is the holiest of Jell-O cities. Something like Mecca, but more secular and squishy. (Please, no one take offense. I don’t mean to trash talk anyone with a Jell-O based religion. It is not my place to judge.)

This sound like the next best thing to the Ball o’Twine monument in Cawker City, KS. But then, Karla and I have been there and done that, so this is really coming across as a bucket list item.

I’ve been to the Louvre and the Rijksmuseum. I’ve done the Smithsonian and seen the Book of Kells. I was beginning to think that I’d pretty much done all the museums. I was wrong.

All hail Jell-O!
